Very realistic diorama of mid to late 1930s Nazi Germany. Question: Did these figures come without bases or stands or did you take them off?

I took the bases off. This is very, very easy . Apply heat to the underside of the base ( candle) for 10-15 sec . Then carefully take the figure off the base ( bend it slightly backward or forward). It goes easily and without any damage!!!!!!!

The biggest problem comes in the next step..How putting the figure without the base?{sm2}

Super glue , put the figure in its place in the dio and give the glue a spray of CA Accelerator ( just spray it over the figure's feet). Rock solid in seconds . Only problem: once fixed in place it become immovable. The spray dries without damaging the paint ;
