Pick up the superb Gallipoli boat to-day (thanks Brett) and had this idea how to use one on our dio, just one idea mind. Picture it moored ready to shuttle between shore and ship perhaps....fun to have a play.

A GOOD idea .... that essentially doubles or triples the possibilities of the usages of the boat. A nice cluttered look, as would be expected in the wounded evacuation scenario presented here.

BUT ... those tiny "cardboard" boxes with REAL writing and words on them!
Where did you find those? They are wonderful!

Ah...the boxes! a long story, I ordered some small items from Hudson and Allan awhile back during their 'shift' to W.Britains and due to the very long 'wait' for said items and after much 'where is my order' they very kindly sent me a large box of items in way of a 'sorry' (which I am still grateful for) among which was the boxes, they're actually WW2 U.S Army ration boxes, but hey! artistic licence and all that! :wink2: so that is the answer to your question and thanks for the kind comments by the way.
