there were some posts a while back...about having some difficulties ordering from H&A...
as the posts played out...it turned out to be just a case of emails going to spam...nobody's fault really...

I just ordered 2 of the H&A "Scenics to Go" grass mats from them...and there was absolutely no problem with communication or ordering...Erika answered the phone on the first ring...I had a pleasant chat with her...ordered my product...one of the mats I ordered needed to be custom made...she said Ken will get right on it and it will be shipped Monday...

I saw the Scenics to Go mats at Sierra this weekend.

They are spectacular.
