The Canadian 3rd division launches an attack on Carpiquet Village and square off with the 12th SS Hitlerjugend division in the French countryside known as the bocage...........

Initial gains were quickly lost as a result of a German counterattack by the 1st SS Panzer Division, the Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler...........

The attack stalled out with the Canadians suffering 377 casualties while the Germans suffered about one third of that number; the British Second Army was about to launch a new attack against Caen, Operation Charnwood........

George, where have you been hideing all this wonderful stuff. The lay outs get better each time. It is great you take great care of your stuff, those are all amazeing pieces. Thanks again for sharing.:)
 
Thanks Mike, I've got loads of 20mm stuff, I keep adding stuff all the time. Just picked up a bunch of winter trees, bushes, hedges, etc and also some pacific style tall grass sections and jungle undergrowth, so look for a large winter scene and a large pacific scene in the near future.

Also, Berlin for Debrito, ACW for UK Reb and Napoleonics for Fish, all before the Spring show season ramps up...............
