hi all i recently acquired an osprey men at arms series, the kings german legion, i have many other osprey books, the fantastic thing about this one is that it is the original hardback copy printed in 1974,, it is in pristine condition i was wondering if anyone would know if the book was of any value, not looking to sell it just interested in everyones opinions.

ps i paid £3.50 for it.

I think ,as with all the books, the "first copies" are more valuable than later reprints..i have a few of the '70's Osprey Men at Arms paid few euros (less than buying today the reprints) and i prize them..what i don't like so much about the Osprey reprints are the digitally reprinted books (copies of rare titles reprinted in few copies digitally) , their plates are really bad..so i prefer to buy an used copy than these.
