Sharp eyed Forum Members will notice that this prototype is simply a repainted Sherman Dozer. Rick told everyone that it uses Figarti's new winter paint technique and he was asking for opinions when this was compared to the Winter German 15 cm Howitzer prototype, which has a more rusty and dirtier winter paint technique. Most everyone like this version.
I know this is firmly sitting on the fence but I like both the rusty/dirty painted version used on the German 150mm gun and the cleaner painted version on this Sherman Dozer. Both could easily be used in a collection. I like the variety. One looks like an old, battled worn piece whereas the other looks like a newer, less battle worn piece.
