Will we get our tickets prior to the show in the mail or will we pick them up at the show?

Hi Gary,
You will get an email with all the information a little closer to the time of the show but the plan is to pick up the tickets during room trading. That way they don't get lost in the mail and no one forgets to pack them .

what day is the dinner? And is there some special event on Sunday like a closing thing like the Olympics or no?

The dinner is Friday and there are no closing ceremonies, so to speak.
