Hello All, Well Were Half Way Threw 2008 And It's Been A Pretty Good Year So Far With The New Releases And Retired Stuff, Gotta Love The Wwii Stuff Though, Anyway Any Thoughts On What May Be Coming Down The Line For The Last Six Months Or Top Secrets You May Know About?? I Have Been Patiently Waiting To Find Out About The Mystery Tiger That Was Mentioned By Andy Awhile Back,i Truly Hope There Is Some Artillery For Wwii Somewhere In The Last Six Months Of 2008, What's Your Thoughts?? Sammy

Well i've been wondering that as almost all the British D Day stuff has been retired whether there may be reinforcements on the way?.And then of course later in the summer/year perhaps Arnhem and more Bulge stuff.A popular guess is a Firefly for Arnhem. But for me i don't mind whats coming, its all good!;)

HI ROB, I WILL BE HOPING FOR A LATE WAR OR WINTER SHERMAN!!!!!!! SAMMY

Yes Normandy FJs would be nice esp if the same quality as the current range. Sept not far off now and would guess based on K&C's earlier Arnhem ranges we may see mortar/Vickers machine gun sets. (The photo of the beleaguered Paras manning the mortar during that struggle is particularly iconic). Perhaps some desperate Paras trying to defend the perimeter with captured German weapons?

You are right there Major, the mortar photo is a wonderfully iconic pic and would make for a great set.Sammy the winter Sherman sounds good, but i still think maybe a Firefly?

My bet is on a British "Firelfy" version. Andy has just done a US M4A1 and the Firefly is often requested.

My second guess is for a British Eigth Army M4A1 as it would use a LOT of the moldings for the US "Classic Sherman" version. Change the transmission cover to the 3-piece type, add the sand shields on the tracks with "Sunshade" mounting rail, some Britsh stowage and new figures. The desert Sherman is also a highly requested item and offers a color change from the common "green Shermans".

I agree Gary.Question is which of the two is more popular?.Both seem to requested all the time.

(I just checked and in a recent poll the Firefly was requested 27 times with the Desert Sherman clocking up 18 votes.)
