Own figures chinese boxers 1900 (1 Viewer)

Very nice! I'd like to see own do some of the American and European troops of the Boxer Rebellion.

The figures are great - just a shame everyone's idea of what Boxer looked like has been so badly distorted. The choice of colours on these figures means they are more like Imperial Chinese troops than Boxers. The Boxers were mostly peasants and working class, therefore dressed in simple traditional Chinese clothing, predominently white (shades thereof!), blue (shades thereof), pale browns (linen etc), with Boxer 'insignia' in the form of headbands/scarves, sashes and ankle-ties in red, yellow and black.
