Robin, My method was to use these 2 21st Century 1/32 P-47s against a background poster. Only took a couple of minutes to get the shots. I hold the P-47 by the right wing tip in my left hand, camera is around my neck and I spin the prop of the plane with my right hand then quickly grab the camera and snap the shot. The prop stays spinning long enough (if you are quick) to snap the photo before it stops spinning.
