I think they are hand painted somewhere in the far east. Nick sells them for $64 for a set of 8.

This is a raw photo that shows all 8 Romans and all 8 barbarians.

Those are some really impressive paint jobs. The colors are quite striking in comparison to my collection of WW2 stuff. I can see why people collect these ranges!

I've eyed up TSSD's Testudo for some time now. I was just on the sight yesterday looking over his buildings for use with my modern stuff.
