A few years ago -- actually more than a few -- King & Country made a Palio di Siena set of four figures. Here are two that I own.





The Palio is a medieval horse race held every August in Siena, Italy.

Here is an article that appeared in last Sunday's travel section of the New York Times about the spectacle that is the Palio. I would love to go.
