Has anyone received any of the new German DD sets yet? How do they look? Are the Meyer vehicles sold out from the dealers? I get the feeling that plenty are available - at least for now.

No, as I figured they are still available. Over Production once again appears

to be the order of the day. I just can't understand why manufacters do not

listen to their customers. I hope Figarti listens to the comments about the

7 different releases of their stuart and makes another vehicle.

And I hope Andy C. starts to retire a few items, and keeps his Strictly Limited

Items actually Limited to a reasonable number???

I mean is this brain surgery or what?

Njja:confused:

I agree completely on both points. I understand why the companies do it, they want to maximize the return on their investment, but sometimes it gets a little crazy. I could understand seven different Shermans, or seven different Panzer IV's, but 7 different Stuarts in a little crazy. And I don't mind when a company produces as many of a product as it thinks it can sell, but if so, don't call the product "strictly limited". That's just my opinion. I could be wrong.

I believe the Panzer Meyer vehicles are sold out from K & C and I have heard that some dealers couldn't get all they wanted. This is supposed to be available at the end of July. I'll be interested to see how the Panzer Meyer vehicle does on ebay. I can't think it'll be as crazy as the Rommel Greif.

I've also seen an auction on ebay for the Commanders set.

I was only able to get 10 of the Panzer Meyer. I am not sold out yet but once they get posted to the site I'm sure I will be.

KC is still listing Meyer on its website as of today. I assume that means they are still available from KC, but could be wrong.

That means that as an individual, you can order from K&C but not a dealer. Accordingly, you are not wrong, they are still available.

Pierre.

yes John, or instead strictly, change this release in large limited edition always available when we want at any time........;)

i agree with you at 1000%

K & C sells its products both as a dealer (I assume) and out of its Pacific Place store, so maybe they kept several to satisfy those needs.

I just bought one of each of the new WSS and DD sets (including the Panzer Meyer strictly limited set) and had absolutely no trouble doing so with a single call to a dealer. I don't think that these sets will go crazy on ebay until they are sold out from the dealers, which, as far as I can see, has yet to happen.

That being said, I am looking forward to seeing the new sets so I can get a feel for any changes/improvements. The ambulance jeep looks really well done in the photos, so I am looking forward to seeing it in person.

guys

Just so you know we have pre sold ALL our WSS77 allocation and infact the first wave of WSS73, 74, and 75 have all sold out as well. As we speak we have the second wave on its way from HK.

These are the hot cakes at the moment especially the WSS74 (side car).

I presold all of the WS 77's I ordered and was able to source out more through two other dealers. I am now down to two, which will probably sell at the first show I put them out at in August...........

Treefrog still has some available. Looking forward to them finally coming in soon. End of July is coming quickly.

I was just told that K&C will be shipping these in early August.

i remake the question on the sidecar, has anyone received this set or others ws yet

Yes the sets are available and look great. I think the sidecar is fantastic. I love all the motorcycle sets and was happy to see Andy remake them. I hope he makes a winter and AK version also.

hi Bill, i think this sets are beautiful from the pics on site, tell me something about packages are goods?

thanks for answers

The packaging is the plastic type but in the case of the motorcycle I like this style. It seems to hold the bike and the figures very nicely. The SPG is in the normal vehicle style boxing and is also done well.

maybe for the sidecar (one piece) is the right way to packing...

thank Bill

The bike is packaged seperately from the figures. The figures are suspended on the 2 sides of the bike. It was a very good package job.
