I saw half of it, fell asleep, woke up and it was over. The amazing part was how they found a wrecked spitfire and fully restored it. I always check Nova, Frontline, Secrets of the Dead and The American Experience for good topics. For the home chef, this Saturday on The American Experience (I think), will feature Jacque Pepin, my favorite chef.
