He wouldn't be expecting that......;)

What are the materials?

Debrito

Iam using for the base a Poly 45mm thich cut out topped with a 5mm Craft foam skin (better for shaping) the Canal will be raised 25mm with craft foam.

The buildings will be Hobby Bunker twin town house and single town house along with their foam Pill box which i will damage up.

The canal effect i will be using craft putty to get the ripple effect and then instant water to give it its water feel.

Been too busy with Christmas rush to do anymore so will show more in new year!

Tony

Been very busy but had a bout an hour today so manged to get the canal base done and top the poly off with Craft foam. Next will to be to cut in the bridge to level of the ground and then i will skim the whole thing with Craft putty to make it look more like terrain

Was wondering if that was the Figarti bridge or did you make it? If it is the Figarti bridge how does it work with King & Country figures? Looks great so far.
Thanks
Andy

I am anxious to see the end of this dio it looks already a great set up.

Tanks Tony for shared

Rod.

I can't wait to see it when it is finished.
How far are you from Stroud as my mother lives there and next time I visit I would like to see K&C UK. I also saw the pictures of the new expansion and was wondering if you enclose the dioramas. If not is dust a problem?

Once finished they will all be covered with Perspex.

Your mother in law lives a fair way from us. by car about 2 - 3hrs! no flights or fly from Bristol airport to Newcastle and we are 20mins from Newcastle
