Seen this tonight with the girlfriend, was really good, I would recommend seeing it:)

Is quite funnilly ironic, when the Police start crashing their cars and bikes into civilians, with almost no care at all:)

Good Movie:)

8/10:D

If you haven't seen the original, by all means rent it. A top notch cast in fine form, a nice sense of humor throughout, and a great jazzy opening song.

An entertaining movie, Mrs Evzone liked it probably because John T is excellent as arch villan Ryde. I wouldn't say this is a remake more of a variation on the original theme.

I thought the last 10 minutes let it down with corny lines and silly shoot outs but nevertheless worth the entry fee and the cost of a tub of popcorn.

This may sound dumber than usual, but is it set on the London Underground?

No my old china......the New York Subway, but what an excellent idea! Old Victorian tunnels, unexploded bombs and hundreds of years of history buried under the city streets - could make for a very atmospheric backdrop to a tube hijack.

I thought Pelham is in London so I thought it might be a remake of some British classic using American actors like they did with Get Carter a few years ago.
