I didn't see any other thread on this, but it has been brought to my attention that Peter Dale has passed away:

I regularly bought from him in 2003 or so, but in recent years had moved to eBay, and to US dealers on account of the exchange rate, VAT and so forth. He was an excellent, knowledgable dealer.

Thank you for the information, I had no idea.

I have met him on a couple of occasions and had the oportunity to chat with him. A very informed and friendly man. He was a great asset to this hobby and will be missed. My condolancies to his family.
