Does anyone have a picture of the Daimler Armoured Car with vehicle commander?
Never seen it before!

Its just the same Daimler with the 3/4 commander figure from the 30 Corps. Wood Sherman (which also came with the wood and resin Bren Gun Carrier, and the wood Cromwell Tank)

Louis,

I'm not sure I've seen the wood version (or recall seeing it at your house). Do you have a photo you can send me for posting?

See you on Sunday.

Regards,

Brad,

You definitely saw the wood 30 Corps. Sherman. It was on the big Market Garden Diorama. There is also a picture of it on the Sager website. I am not going to be able to make it Sunday. I have to work, but I will miss you guys.

Louis

Louis,

Too bad you can't make it. We'll miss you too.

Here's another quote from the book about the Cromwell (released in September, 1997) to compliment the photo Brad linked you to:

"The Cromwell, designated TK016, was K&C’s last regularly produced wood and metal tank. This vehicle had rubber, rather than resin tracks, but was otherwise similar in production quality to the other wood and metal tanks, with excellent detail in the bogie wheels, hollowed out hatches with opening hinged covers, and the ¾ figure of the British Tank Commander. The vehicle was also olive green, with British armored division markings including a red diamond marking on the side of the turret. This tank also retailed for $384."
