Love all the attention to detail you have added to this photo Guy, where did you find the chickens??...Sammy

I haven't purchased the dead German or Russian yet because i didn't like the bases. How difficult was it to separate the figure and base Sammy?

My selection

Hi Frank, removing the base from the Russian was some what easy, I used a set of tweezers and very gently put the tweezers between the base and chest of soldier and gave it a little lift, once it was loose I basically wiggled the base off again being very careful, there are 2-3 small pins that connect the 2 pieces.

As far as your photo always look forward to seeing what you post, beautiful background as well as the First Legion sets...Sammy

Sammy,
to accompany the sets that I made (now exported in an Australian collector), I found among different manufacturer Tamiya, Britains and master class (animals) and accessories at Historex manufacturer.
They are 1/35 scale, but consistent with 1/30.
Plastic glue and paint.
Guy.

Great idea to keep this thread alive Sammy and awesome pics guys.

It's fun to go back and pic out a fav pic or two and post them, hope you will post some of your favorites Mike as you have posted some great stuff through the years...Sammy

I'm definitely not worthy when compared to the detail and photography skills most of you guys achieve with your work-but I enjoy trying to improve-some 'gritty' urban combat:

Don't be so modest Mike, your photos are just as good as anyone's, and as far as gritty combat, the grittier the better I say!!:) ...Sammy
