I just found this Mokarex figure of Empress Eugenie of France at the Hobby Bunker in the odds and ends. If anyone has Napoleon III for a reasonable price please let me know. I've only see this figure on foreign eBay and other sites.

I just got the figure from France. The base is damaged but the figure is OK. It will be painted soon.
