Anyone have a copy of this out of print book by Remy Spezzano? Thinking of picking up a copy but they are a little pricey. Big fan of the Battle of Kharkov 43 and have pretty much every book on the battle but this one. Kinda easy since there are not too many published on the battle. I'm a fan of Spezzano's books but wanted some feedback before I decide. Thanks to all.

I used to own this book and my opinion of it is that it is a very well done production, from the writing to the illustrations. It was done in two levels of production, standard and deluxe. I had the standard. You will not be disappointed in it for what it is. The illustrations are especially well reproduced, very sharp. There are also some biographical sections on the main players that include special color portraits of the man being profiled. The standard edition comes with a dust jacket, but I don't know if the deluxe edition did. It is a typically well done Spezzano book. Values are, of course, based on condition but a fine condition example of the standard edition in dust jacket should be worth $150 or so. -- Al

I have not seen it myself, but several people I respect a lot in the hobby have mentioned on numerous occasions as worth it.
