Polish lancer conversions (2 Viewers)

Some Del Prado Polish Lancer conversion I did last night. These should make some good fillers to go along with my K&C figures and Collectors showcase Lancers. The painting on these guys is not the greatest so I think I,ll still try and touch that up a bit but here they are in there Del prado factory paint jobs with a little touch up here and there where I chopped them up.
I think I might have to pick up a few more of these and chop some more???

I chopped are repositioned a few heads and arms and added a sword on one and stuck his lance on his back and cut the sword from the holder and added a little 2 part putty for a lance grip. I repainted one of the horses and might still repaint a couple more? I thought about changing horses also it seamed like a lot of work because I,d have to redo the saddle also, a paint job is a lot easier.

The figure on the far left is the factory figure, the rest are conversions from that one figure!

HEAD SWOPED ALONG WITH ARMS. I ALSO REPAINTED THE HAIR ON A FEW TO A DARKER COLOR.

Nice job Tim, they look very cool. The head 'rotations' in particular transform them from the original.

Tim, I recently inherited some Dutch Red Lancers. Now I think I can add some more. I have a few of the DP figures. So many projects. Nice work though. Great inspiration!

great conversions on your behalf, Del Prado do have some great figures, but its the painting that doesn't exactly match up to K&C, but at the prices, they are still great value. I think I should 'invest' in a few and see what I can do,
