After finding that 3d printed toy soldiers website I posted yesterday I was looking for more and I found a person who seems to be distributing the files to print out clones of Steve Weston's WW2 British Infantry. Oddly enough, the person is advertising them as "Nazi Toy Soldier". Unless they are just using a picture of Weston's soldiers by mistake, this seems to be a clear case of piracy to me.

I looked at the file, it is scan or copy of a Marx German Soldier. Marx Copy.jpg

I would contact Steve Weston about it. He has the best standing to do anything to stop it.

Prost!

Technically not a great deal providing you either own or have access to an 3D-Scanner, apart from breaching the copyright I doubt that with that file you will be able to produce a usable print. But that of cause is not the issue.
If somebody did use the design without having an agreement with the owner he/she ought to be kicked for it{sm2}

The only thing with this file that has anything to do with Steve Weston is the picture they use, there are two files in the upload. One is of the Marx copy and the other is some weird block design.
