What Is The Best Price That Youpay Per Figure??
From Where??
Traders,with Vat,can Have Lower Prices??

I buy 99.9 % of my figures on the internet, I don't have any stores in my area. I've found that most online dealers charge about the same price for figures (at least K&C). I look for low shipping rates, customer service, and a good web site design. I like to be able to place my orders quickly with out having to enter a ton of information every time I place an order. I buy from a few different dealers, but the good folks at TreeFrog have become my favorites. They're new site is outstanding, and so easy to use. The 360 views are great.

It is good to find sales fast shipping and good prices on the internet but nothing compares to the feeling of buying from a toy soldier shop. Waling in and seeing rows of toy soldiers in display cases really is wonderful. I shop at Troops of Time which is in Jacksonville Florida. It is in a small refurnished home the owner of the olace is tim tyler

Several of us (Louis, myself, Larry and Hans) know Tim and he's a great guy. I'm looking forward to seeing him in Chicago in a few months.

I plan on calling Tim and inviting him to join in the book furor at the end of July, so we may see him sooner. I just left a message at Troops of Time.

What are you writing a book on? King and Country? Tim and I are in a wargaming group and I will see him June 16

The book is about the history of King & Country, cataloging everything they produced from when they opened their doors in June, 1984 until the text was completed. I finished drafting it a few months ago, and we are going to do the photography in formatting at the end of July. I just spoke to Tim, and he is going to try to join us.

The book will be available to the general public. I'm not sure how it will be sold, however.

Looking forward to the book...I might add Tim Tyler at Troops of Time is super. He actually calls me frequently to let me know what's coming in and what's new. He is flat out GREAT ol' time customer service. I purchase alot from him and my firends here at Treefrog. I purchase from several dealers and the prices are uniform for the most part..Greg

Tim, like just about all of the K&C dealers I have dealt with, is absolutely top notch, honest, honorable and conscientious. As far as making the book available, I am sure Andy and the dealers will see to that.

Tim Tyler once begged my forgiveness for not hving a glass cup for the tea he was giving me. And I was 13 years old at the time He is one of the most uplifting and kind men I know.

I think they may have an idea about selling it through Treefrog or some of the dealers but since I'm not one of the authors, Louis should probably weigh in.

The plan is for Andy to handle the publication, through a new venture of his, K&C Publications. I can only assume that Andy will distribute the book through his existing dealer network, there by ensuring that all of the K&C collectors will have access to it. I further assume that the book will be launched at one of the major shows, either the OTSN in Chicago or the NY Symposium, so that Andy, the creative genius behind the subject, and those of us involved in making the book happen, can all be present.
