Toy soldiers from Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan is republic from former USSR. Also known as "Land of cotton".

One enthusiast from Tashkent (capital of Uzbekistan) made very interesting set in plastic - Red Army of Russian Civil War.
Except EB, as I know, no one made plastic toy soldiers for this conflict.
Set contains 8 figures in 6 poses.

Four marching poses. Command group (officer, flagbearer and accordion player) and two privates in one pose.

Two action poses. Shooter and soldier with Maxim machine gun.

Figures made by low pressure technology, but overall details is good.

Just one minus - they are only 50mm tall, so it equal 1/35 scale and a bit small for 54-60mm toy soldiers collectors.

But anyway it's good set for collection. Due limited quantity (technological restrictions), probably, this set will not offered widely.
So if you interested in, please, contact me (andrey@buslov.spb.ru). Price around $20. No prepayment need.

Hmm... my guess is that a group as focused on history as we are, that most of us have heard of it. We may not be intimately familiar with its customs, but I actually have a young woman you emigrated from Uzbekistan a few years ago working for me.

Interesting subject. Thanks for posting.
