Problem with Photo Bucket (1 Viewer)

I must be doing something wrong. I have uploaded my pictures to Photo Bucket. I then click on the 4th box (IMG Code) and copy it. I then paste it in the "Upload File from a URL" box of managing attachments and hit uplaod at which time it tells me "Invalid File ". What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
