I'm looking forward to this project, being Napoleonic, going on the hats ....... ?????

This project is looking good. Look forward to further steps.

Cheers,

Hello Grey and John ,

what can I say? Yep it’s Napoleonic, definitely and most likely the Americas setting. War of 1812 or the Latin wars of independence etc… something smells fishy.

I hope it is the latter campaign, Latin wars of independence, now that something different, but still very colourful.

I eagerly await the next instalment ........ :)

Hi John and Grey

I took out a vintage kit which had part of a cannon.
I also scoured for many Nap bodies and heads.

Ok. Starting to move on this. The usual non descript ugly knock ups.

Added hands. Adjusted some of the poses. This will be an ongoing process as the figs are in close proximity and their relative juxtapositionng is impt.

Resculpted the face of this central figure. Also starting to refine other figures

Nice to see the project coming along Vincent. I'm totally looking forward to seeing the final result.

Hi Grey

thx for yr nice comment. My father’s name was Vincent. So I liked that.

More figs being sculpted. The Historex bits add detail interests to the figs.

Yes, the Historex spares box does come in handy, I even use those plastic parts on metal figures too.

A coat of paint and no one would know :)

Keep up the good work, I'm looking froward to see what is evolving with this group :)
