It's hard to tell, since the medals are all obscured in glare, and it's also hard to discern the colors of the ribbons.
The third ribbon on the right-the wearer's left-looks like the Prussian commemorative medal for the Franco-Prussian War. The ribbon has a red band in its center, flanked by black, then a white band, then a thin black band at the edge. The medal is circular, but embossed with the Iron Cross, with rays between the arms, and with the "1870-1871" within a laurel wreath impaled on the center of the cross. I have in my collection another medal with that ribbon, but with a cross for the badge, and the war years for the Great War impaled on the center of the cross, sans laurel wreath, and with crossed swords replacing the rays or starburst. I believe it was a re-issue of the Kriegsverdienstorden for veterans of the Great War.
Taking a closer look at the others again...
Prost!
