There are 4 full figures and a half figure - all are removable

Thanks for the info.. I wasn't going to buy one if the figure in the front wasn't removable. I never did like the visors K&C has on some of there figures and there Rommels'

You're right. The 4th full figure in my Hummel is from the Raupen Schlepper.
