Yes I saw that and personally I think it a dumb idea, sorry I don,t mean to offend anyone.
We are talking about 60mm figures, not full scale figures.
If that is the case why not paint some figures eyes blue and other brown.
Or give some Canadian figures mullett hair styles.

No offence taken Gary.I haven't got enough hair anymore to worry about growing a mullett anyway.I agree with your comment in regards to body size.I would think the cost factor would be alot more to Andy since more moulds would have to be produced.Hence anything that costs Andy more is going to be deflected to us customers in the end.Look at all the complaints from Figarti's first attempt's.You had football player sized Chinese and Japanese soldiers mixed in with undersized men.It looked terrible and I really think it hurt them as far as a first attempt.The second year at OTSN they did bounce back and their scale was more or less the same throughout all the sets.K&C scale seems to jump around a bit but its never enough where you can't still mix and match sets.Smaller sets always go to the back of the display anyways.

You do realize, guys, that Andy explains the difference in heights between his various sets of figures in exactly this fashion: some guys are 6'4, others are 5'8, just like in real life. So, at least according to what Andy told me, he already takes into account different body sizes and types when doing his figures. I actually thinks it works pretty well, as I tend to mix and match figures from sets on dioramas, and they all fit together seamlessly.
