Hey Shannon,please excuse my ignorance and just out of interest,can you tell me what the difference is between Deleted and soft deleted?

If you soft delete something, you can see that it's been deleted, such as "Deleted by Rob." In addition, it can be un-deleted and thus restored. In hard delete, the post or thread is gone forever, disappearing into hyperspace, with no chance of recovery.
