Hopefully Andy can answer this relative to items being retrired.
When a new item is introduced is there a certain amount of them done at one time, then if it sells well do you go back and do more or is there always just one run?
Now when you decide to retire an item that means no more will be made, however does that also mean there are no more in stock?
Or can you determine by sales that an item is not selling well so it is retired early.
I hope these questions are not confusing.
Also curious to know what is the set that you have had the longest that is still in stock?
Would it be some of the Romans?
Thanks, Gary
