Quick question about 101st Para's (1 Viewer)

Hello all,
For those of you who collect the WWII Normandy range I had a question in regards to a specific figure. I was wondering if NOR009 (http://www.firstlegionltd.com/nor001us101stairbornecaptainwiththompsonsmg-1-1-1-1-2.aspx) has his entire foot flat on the ground? The reason I ask is that I have had issues with another figure (NOR008) where it was very unstable on the base due to it being on its tip toes. Thanks for any help in the matter!

I have that set lo and he works fine, no tipping or falling over here, very nice set...Sammy
