I was fortunate and placed an order for the custom 3D printed vehicles. I chose 3 Panzer IIIs from the 11th Panzer Division in the early stages of Operation Typhoon (Battle for Moscow.)
There are a lot of "famous" pictures of these panzers and they always intrigued me. So, I saw an opportunity to recreate them. Here is the initial "order" to Bruce. After a long, understandable hiatus he is making lots of progress. I thought the forum would find it helpful / interesting.
The first Panzer III will be an early Ausf J (L/42 5CM) with turret number 21<br><br>
The second will be turret number 22 which is in the foreground of first picture above and repeated below. This is an Ausf. F with the L/42 5CM short barrel:
The third is an Ausf F with the turret number as either 33. On it, I would also like the Gepenster symbol on the box.<br><br>
