One of the better parts of my job has been the creation of a College Museum with the amusing (and untested) standing as having the largest Wallaby blazer collection in Australia. I do not follow Rugby, but some people love it!
In the course of establishing a collection I have also put together quite an RAAF display donated by Old Boys. This photograph is just one cabinet of it.
.
The top three are
1. RAAF Tunic, 1945 from the mid upper gunner in the first Pathfinder crew to be shot down in 1942. (POW)
2. Tropical kit from DFC winner from the Battle of the Bismarck Sea.
3. RAAF Tunic, 1945 from gunner in survivor of bomber collison on raid to Berlin, 1943.
The bottom two belong to an Air Chief Marshal who flew in WW2, Korea and Vietnam.
Note the two models in the middle!
