Can anyone tell or show me if the new Spitfire RAF066 and/or the new Hurricane RAF067 have roundels on the undersides of the wings? It can't be determined from the promotional pictures. From my brief and limited research, it appears that neither of these planes would have had them on the undersides but just the plain RAF sky painted undersides with no markings.

I've actually now found conflicting examples on the Hurricane GNA. I don't know which is correct. I can't find a wartime photo of either that would show the underside in 1940. I was just curious how K&C did it. I actually like the look of the roundels, but many 1940's era MK I Spits and Hurricanes were without them.

Duke, I don't have any myself right now but made a phone call to check. There are no roundels on the underside of the K&C model from what I was just told. Hope that helps !

Thanks Wayne. Do you mean on both planes or one in particular?
