Hi fellow K&C collectors,

I was looking for some opinions/advice re. K&C's RAF Jeep (RAF051). I have a few British N. Africa airfield pieces and was wondering how compatible the blue RAF jeep would be in desert setting. As most desert pieces are tan, is the blue jeep better set in front of a cricket club? I really like some of the blue accents on the figures (ie. Neville Duke's jacket & hat, and the caps on the Desert Erks); but would a blue jeep be too much for N. Africa?

What do you guys think?

The jeep would be iffy, but could have rolled off of a ship that way. The driver-figure definitely doesn't belong in North Africa. Oh, and the steering-wheel is on the wrong side of the bloody thing!:wink2:

Why don' t you repaint the jeep and the driver? It would be great fun {sm3}

Thanks; I was thinking the same in regard to the driver.

Not much of a painter and I'm sort of a traditionalist when it comes to my K&C. I actually like the blue; just not too sure how it would look in a N. Africa setting.

The wheel is on the good side, made in US
Check by just entering " RAF Jeep" on google image
