Hi, anybody get this model? Any opinions? Makes a good alternative to the nice, but pricey Warbirds series and has apparently already all sold out!
Great, you must be eager to hear the postie walking up the path..! Model looks great esp with the sliding canopy. I think with the sold out response on this one there could be quite a few others planned..!
I certainly am!.If you go back through Andy's posts he listed some of the Aircraft that will be made in this series, they incude a Spitfire,ME109,Stuka etc,I think this is going to be a wonderful range.

I'd like to see a desert stuka with that snake symbol going along the fuselage.
That always looks cool.
Andy has also said there will be a second Hurricane with diffferent markings.
Rob,
I think that is a yes. I certainly could do with some more !
You will note K&C has recently done 2nd batches of the Landing craft and the Atlantic wall bunker which have different numbers and I think you will find this trend continuing as encourages some who are making dioramas to get a 2nd one.
Regards
Brett
My Hurricane arrived todayits the first time I have ever seen a polystone plane, definetly lacking the finer detail of diecast planes [comparing apples and oranges their anyway I guess ] but I,m sure they will look sharp in peoples airfield displays. Here is a couple of shots next to corgi,s hurricane for those guys who have them.
Can you take the pilot out of the cockpit?
I have the Corgi Hurricane as well. It looks like in your pictures that there is not much difference in the size of the two even though the Corgi is 1/32. How noticable is the difference? Thanks.
Nice comparison shots, I have a Corgi 1/32 version and from your comments and pictures it appears to hold up well to the K&C version.
Mine are enroute and I am looking forward to their arrival!I quietly checked
around and it looks like it is a sell out.....which is always fun! I'm looking
forward to the release of the "Hut" I think it will make a really nice display!
