Re-painted 1st Foot Guards into ColdStream Guards (1 Viewer)

Here is a thought, why not re-release the 1st Foot-Guards. Since I think some people would like to have them. Or maybe Repaint them into Coldstream Guards. And just maybe add a few more poses. A different regiment, that will attract the new and the old. I am just hoping that the Molds are still intact.

Good idea. I do like some of the poses of the 1st foot guards. A few more poses would be great as that release was quite small compared to the highlanders or the French infantry. 1st or 2nd or 3rd Guards are fine for me.

I completely agree...an EXCELLENT idea....I also would like to see a re-release of the 1st Foot-Guards and I would definitely buy some....Irregardless of opposing views concerning re-releases:rolleyes2:.,I think FL would hit a HOME RUN on bringing back the 1st Foot-Guards:salute::.....Most guys want them......Along with a "Prussian Flag-Bearer of which I would buy TWO...{eek3}:wink2:...."^&grin

Personally I would like to see some new poses for British foot figures. What we have looks great in line or in square but we need some advancing / charging figures. I would love to see these as Guards but really any British foot would make me happy. Of course I do have a full set plus of the Guards.

I'm with you, I'm not sure why so many want to keep rehashing the past. There are just so many more Units to do so why think of what you missed think about what's possible in the future. The poses and scenarios are limitless ... Bring on the KGL :salute:::salute:: to name but one. regards Gebhard

I guess it's because you have it and we don't:wink2:^&grin^&grin....But I'm all for newer even more improved British 1st Foot Guards.....and maybe they will even be "better then the first run", then there will be no need for the rest of us to re-hash the past.

That's just the way it is. Other collector friends have pieces that I'd like to have but there is a lot out there to buy and my theory is that everything shows up again. You just need to be patient.
