Regal Romans and Celts (1 Viewer)

I have just taken a look at your excellent blog, thanks very much for sharing. These photos are excellent and a great resource. Regal's figures are very nice, I did think they had stopped production, but it turns out new sets are coming up, right? I especially like the new WWI Arab-Turkish cavalry and the Middle East British Cavalry. I am glad I have 2 WWI Middle East Soldiers of the World sets (Aussies v. Turks) that I found on E-bay but unfortunately if you're in Europe getting the SOW figures looks a little puzzling.... I'll look into it...;).
Also the ACW range looks very impressive and their SOW Nap range looked 1st rate.

Cheers,
Paulo

Hi Paulo,
thanks for the comments, i'll try and be a bit more regular with updates on the blog now that the kids are back at school. I still have a lot more of their figures to take pictures of, have only scrapped the tip of the iceberg with some of the ranges.
Yes there are some new ranges coming out this year, one for SOW and they are working on a new range of their own. I have heard that there is moves afoot to make SOW more accessible in Europe, will let you know if I find out anything.

Hello Guys
Ihave Romans and Celts the exact same as these i was buying from a store in England but they came under the name soldiers of the world
Ialso have a Roman catapult do REGAL do these also
Regards Scott

Soldiers of the World is a line made by Regal . Do you remember the name of the store? Do they have a website and/or ship internationally?

Many thanks for any info,
Paulo

Yes the Romans and Celts are from the Soldiers of the World Range, all mastered and made by Regal. The Roman range does include a Catapult with five man crew, plus i've seen a bullock team at the local book shop in Greytown, and I think there are Roman civilians too, and I know they have auxiliaries in the range. Paulo, you can order from Regal direct now if you're in Europe, just send them an e-mail at office@regaltoysoldiers.co.nz and i'm sure they'll let you know the full Roman and Celt range if you're interested.

Paulo the shop has since closed sorry
I was going to put mine on ebay but if you are interested i can let you know what i have and give you them at 10% discount mate
Regards Scott

I wish they used this nice oxen in a Boer War Range...:)
