I purchased multiples of this splendid 72nd Highlander from the now discontinued WB Redcoats series: 44010 - Highlander, 72nd Regiment, 1879. I was hoping for an officer or other related figures, perhaps a flag bearer, drummer or piper to use with the marching figures. Here are three examples from the 2nd Afghan War that could also be used with it, especially General Roberts and the 72nd Highlanders Lt. Col. I hope Ken will consider adding to this and some of the other 19th C British Colonials that were part of the Redcoats collection.

Okay Randy, you got me hooked. I am going to have to order a special non-catalog colour party set with an officer, two flag bearers, piper, and six men from Hiriart in 2017 for my collection.

Glad I could inspire you.
Kogu's nickname for me is Pied Piper ^&grin

In the Redcoats series the figures covering the French and Indian War thru the Napoleonic era included musicians, flag bearers and officers. I would love to see these added to the 19th C British Colonials. If WB doesn't do a 72nd supplement I will likely go with the Hiriart version. Hiriart seems to be doing the boxed sets like the WB Soldiers of the World that I collected as a boy. I know that Richard Walker is a Hiriart collector.
