Nice scene. I've been looking for smaller palms for my 1/32 N. Africa tabletop diorama. They are hard to find. Most are so short, the scale doesn't work. Others are way too tall, more along the 1/30th scale. Yours look pretty nice.

I have a few palms from a plastic Pirate tub that I use for a few scenes:

I have one of those pirate palms. The ones I use were from a cake decorating supply company. I made bases for them of plastic sheet, glue, beach sand, and fake foliage. http://www.bakingstuff.com/store/catalog/Trees-orderby0-p-1-c-36.html

Thanks for the info - that's a really inexpensive way to go and they look pretty good.
