Replicant's Berdan's Sharpshooters. (1 Viewer)

Are you going to paint them? Do you use anything to etch the plastic?
^&grin

With Replicants I just color code them and paint the mini-diorama bases. Something went wrong the first time I used matte spray and they come out frosty looking. Maybe I hadn't cleaned them in hot water and dish soap enough.
These have been soaked in Lestoil cleaner and repainted. I used matte spray again and I got a satin finish that I like.

Nice work, as always. When you referred to getting a "frosty" look after using matte spray, were you using Testors Dulcote? This spray laquer is a common standard for many modelers (myself included) but it has been know to leave a thin white "frost" in some situations - usually in high humidity or when the surface paint hasn't cured completely.

I was using off the shelf Matt spray from an art supply store. This has only happened with these Replicant figures for some reason but if was during the humid summer months. I just got around to finishing them on the long weekend.
