Request for Price Realized (1 Viewer)

May I ask a favor of anyone in the forum who was monitoring the Old Toy Soldier Auction on November 20-21, what was the price realized on Lot #567, W. Britains Set No. 1759, Air Raid Precautions (Estimate $300.00-$400). The original vintage sets, particularly this one, have become entirely too rich for my blood. However, I was able to pick up a beautifully restored complete set on e-Bay (discounted), in an accurately reproduction box for what I'm sure is a small fraction of their auction price plus 18% premium. plus shipping. Will put pictures on later. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

I took a look and it sold, before buyer's premium of 21%, for $275.

Hi Brad,
Thanks very much for the information. That would be $341.75 out the door, and if Ray is using James Opie's grading system, the set wasn't in the best of shape at "very good", and I wasn't able to check it out in any event.
