Hey Guys,

I'm really excited about TCS's new 'Nam Patrol Boat. The thought got me looking at some of my own modest collection of TCS pieces. Also a big SHOUT OUT to Robin and Steve (Horus) who have shared some amazing 'Nam dioramas over the past few years.

Here's a few shots of my own collection:

I have the one Figarti did, which is very well done.

Yes that water effect on the figarti one is quite dramatic and really conveys urgency and drama at high speed. :salute::

Here's a few shots of the TCS M113, (though the figures are K&C,) showing off that you could have the rear ramp up or down, unlike the K&C M113's the TCS also has an interior. I removed most of the decals on the TCS M113 as they limited the number of scenarios I could place it in.

Excited for you Rob to see how you accommodate the new boat. That M113 Steve with the interior accessible from the rear is one of my favourite in the series. Robin.

I agree. I thought it was terrific.

Agreed. Dad & I are were sad to have missed it. This is a chance to make up for that mistake - and put us in debt!
Actually it's a fair price.
Best wishes and I still like that Apocalypse Now movie, even though it was outrageously heavy-handed and biased.

Excellent, Steve. Thanks for sharing buddy. The TCS M113 is a sharp vehicle. Love when they have moving parts.

Thanks Robin. Can't wait to see it up close. I don't have the space but would love to create a 'Nam river scene.

Hi Rob.
Just to clear up any issues at a later date, if someone buys one thinking that the rear ramp is a moving part, it's not, it's a separate piece that can be positioned in either in the open or closed positions.

I see, thanks for clarifying. Still a very cool option.

EDIT: taking some new 'Nam shots this fine Saturday morning.
