Recently passed away CSM with the 1st Cav and made quite an impression when he was played by Sam Elliot in We Were Soldiers.

No doubt his troopers are welcoming him home with open arms.

Probably be hard pressed to find many more like him these days- Operation Husky, Salerno, Normandy, OMG, Korea and Nam!!
