Just heard the news down here that Tony Rice had passed away on Christmas Day. Mainly known for his Bluegrass flatpicking I really enjoyed the music he produced in the 1980's with the Tony Rice Unit where he combined Bluegrass with Jazz and Folk. Another great talent who collaborated with many other musicians gone.

RIP Tony Rice.
