RockFace Scenery Piece (1 Viewer)

This is a scratchbuilt scenery piece that I will be using in F&I War, AWI and perhaps in Middle Earth. I'm thinking of adding a small river or stream below the rock face, on a separate base. I have a similar piece that I did awhile back, so I can put one piece on each side and have the river in the center. Lots of possibilities for this piece.

Very nice and well done, will work with just about any time period, great detail on the pine trees and grass area. Was the rock formation cast from molds or did you get resin pieces? Again, great job. Chris

Those are pine bark chips, not molds. You can get a fifty pound bag for about 10 bucks at Home Depot.

I hit them with black spray paint and then drybrush them with various light grays, browns, tans and finally a cream.

This piece is 12 X 18. As for selling.......it's not worth the time or effort it takes to make one of these.

A nice piece. I'm thinking of an F&I dio myself in the future, though perhaps more woody. You've given me something to think on though, so thanks.
