This documentary propels audiences on a steam train journey through the breathtaking vistas of the Canadian Rockies and highlights the adventure of building a nearly impossible transcontinental railway. Should be of interest to model railroad enthusiasts. I'm not, but I enjoyed it for a change of pace and the scenery. Some history of building Canada's Transcontinental Railroad. Must have been a real feat without Cullen Bohannon

Been there . . . one that! Two years ago we took the RME from Jasper (via Calgary) to Vancouver. Great trip . . . especially if you drive the Icefloe Highway up to Jasper . . . even more scenic that the train and you can stop wherever you want!
