Wow, what a great display / Diorama, oh to have the space available to do something similar in 1.30th scale ! :salute:::salute:::salute::

I like the ground work, especially how he's tackled the marshy ground, looks very convincing as do his buildings, which it seems are in another video.

That is truly spectacular!! I know at the Varusschlacht museum there is a winding 1:72nd? size scale model of the Roman legions in march formation and it is pretty huge- it gives the visitor a great visual reference point as to the enormity of this battle. Those figures appear to be pewter- this guys are all painted- truly spectacular!!

After that sketch of John's, that Mike shared with us in the run up to Christmas of the Roman Auxiliary Cavalryman it'll be tempting to so a larger diorama when he and hopefully some of his mates are released, though I suppose that will be a year or so from now what with the new ranges JJD coming out as well.
